TUCSON, Ariz. – U.S. Congressman Juan Ciscomani (R-AZ-06) introduced a new effort this week to honor former Congressman Jim Kolbe, who represented the state from 1985 – 2007. Prior to being elected to Congress, Kolbe served in the U.S. Navy from 1967 – 1977 and the Arizona state legislature from 1977 – 1982.
