Washington, D.C. - The House Appropriations Committee this week advanced the Energy and Water Development and Related Agencies Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2027, legislation supported by Congressman Juan Ciscomani that delivers key investments for Arizona’s water security and local critical minerals production. The bill passed the full House Appropriations Committee with a vote of 34-25.
