WASHINGTON – U.S. Congressman Juan Ciscomani (AZ-06) secured a provision in Congress’ aviation package to provide Pinal Airpark with an air traffic control tower. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) reauthorization package, which is considered every five years, passed the House on Thursday.
