WASHINGTON – U.S. Congressman Juan Ciscomani (R-AZ-06), a member of the House Veterans’ Affairs Committee, introduced a new, bipartisan effort to expand veterans’ access to educational opportunities for in-demand skilled trade and vocational programs.

Among other visits, the group met with top Israeli officials, participated in a briefing with former Israel Defense Forces (IDF) military personnel, heard from families of current hostages held by Hamas, and visited sites of the October 7 attacks.

TUCSON, AZ – Following the passage of the FY24 appropriations package, Pima County stakeholders are applauding Congressman Juan Ciscomani’s (AZ-06) work to secure over $12.79 million in the bill for the area.  

GREENLEE COUNTY, AZ – U.S. Congressman Juan Ciscomani (AZ-06), a member of the House Appropriations Committee, recently secured $274,000 for flood mitigation in the town of Duncan in the FY24 appropriations package. 

“These dollars represent a crucial investment in our agricultural and rural communities,” said Ciscomani. “Throughout last year’s appropriations process, I relayed the importance of bringing federal dollars back to Greenlee County and Arizona’s rural communities.”

GRAHAM COUNTY, AZ – U.S. Congressman Juan Ciscomani (AZ-06), a member of the House Appropriations Committee, successfully included $3.3 million for Graham County in the recently passed FY24 appropriations package. 

COCHISE COUNTY, AZ – U.S. Congressman Juan Ciscomani (AZ-06), a member of the House Appropriations Committee, secured $4.6 million for Cochise County in this year’s FY24 appropriations package. 

“During the appropriations process, it was crucial for me to prioritize funding for projects of all sizes, in all corners of our district,” said Ciscomani. “I am confident that this money – nearly $5 million – will have a long-lasting impact on the community and benefit Cochise County residents, visitors, and businesses for years to come.” 

PINAL COUNTY, AZ – Stakeholders are praising U.S. Congressman Juan Ciscomani (AZ-06), a member of the House Appropriations Committee, following his recent inclusion of $5.6 million for Pinal County in the FY24 appropriation packages.  

“As your representative, it is my duty to return as many of your tax dollars back to you and your community as possible,” said Ciscomani. “From irrigation to infrastructure, the funding awarded will be crucial to facilitating growth and improving quality of life in Pinal County.”
