$20 Million Back in Arizona Families’ Hands: U.S. Representative Juan Ciscomani Delivers Results Through Casework

June 24, 2026

'Behind every dollar is a story, a family, a veteran, a senior, or an individual who needed someone in their corner willing to go to bat for them'

Tucson, AZ - U.S. Representative Juan Ciscomani announced today that his office has helped return more than $20 million to constituents across Arizona’s Sixth Congressional District through direct casework with federal agencies.

Every dollar represents an Arizona family, veteran, senior, or individual who faced a roadblock and needed someone willing to fight on their behalf. Since 2023, Congressman Ciscomani and his team have taken on a critical role in helping members of our local community with the federal bureaucracy by cutting through red tape, holding agencies accountable, and working to ensure Arizonans receive the benefits and support they have earned when they have faced excessive bureaucratic challenges and previously sought help to no avail.

"I was waiting for my social security disability backpay to be approved after having already waited a year and half for a decision. Congressman Ciscomani stepped in and within a few months I was awarded my backpay of $54,000. If you have any issues, I recommend getting a hold of Juan Ciscomani’s office to help you get things moving faster. It would have been a lot longer if he hadn’t been involved." - said Adrian, Sierra Vista, AZ

"I just wanted to thank Congressman Ciscomani’s office for the incredible assistance they provided to my wife and our family during a very difficult time. As my wife approached her 65th birthday, her cancer treatments were at risk due to a gap in insurance coverage. TRICARE coverage was ending, Medicare approval was still pending, and we were facing the possibility of interrupted treatment at a critical stage in her fight against pancreatic cancer. Congressman Ciscomani’s team stepped in immediately and treated our situation with urgency, compassion, and respect. Thanks to their dedication, professionalism, and swift action, our issue was resolved in record time. Most importantly, my wife was able to continue receiving the care she desperately needed without interruption." - said Darrin, Tucson, AZ

"I applied for a passport so that I could travel abroad to see my family for the holidays. Unfortunately, there was no response and no news about my passport application, so I reached out to Congressman Ciscomain’s office for help. They contacted the State Department and within one week I received my passport. Being able to see my family was priceless and I’m very grateful for their help!" - said Kimberly, Sierra Vista, AZ

"Serving Southern Arizonans means showing up, listening, and delivering results," said Representative Juan Ciscomani. "Today marks an important milestone for our office and the constituents we are honored to serve. I am incredibly proud that our team has helped return more than $20 million to hardworking Arizonans who came to us for assistance. Behind every dollar is a story, a family, a veteran, a senior, or an individual who needed someone in their corner willing to go to bat for them. These are real dollars back in the pockets of real people for real impact. When my constituents run into roadblocks with Federal Bureaucratic agencies, my office is ready to fight, cut through red tape and demand answers from federal agencies. We will never stop standing up for the people we represent and making sure Arizonans receive the support they truly deserve."

For too many Arizonans, accessing federal programs means navigating confusing systems, unnecessary delays, and agencies that are too often slow to respond. Since taking office in 2023, Congressman Ciscomani and his team have worked to break through those barriers, push agencies to act, and ensure constituents are not left behind by a federal bureaucracy that is supposed to serve them.

Through constituent casework, Congressman Ciscomani’s office continues to bring accountability to federal agencies and deliver solutions for the people of Arizona’s Sixth Congressional District.
